As QPM responsible for the overall integration of the quality activities, from development all the way to field support, some of the main activities included, Quality and Reliability requirements definition, negotiation and integration at the begging of the program, as well as development of the integrated Quality and Reliability test plan adjusted to the Program Schedule and budget. The integrated test plan included Resource planning like personnel and Lab resources optimization and estimated budget. Participated on several program miles stones and reviews during the Product Life Cycle, this included top level report status to upper level management as well as daily scrub meetings with different teams to review the day to day activities to identify roadblocks an minimize risk into the program, some other activities included Defect management, Key performance Indicator (KPI’s) definition, tracking, analysis and reporting. working on a highly complex product, with aggressive schedule and resources, continually managing risk and establishing methods for HW test data analysis that enable daily issue investigation and root cause analysis as well as performing field data KPIs at a top level but also at a customer level this with the main objective to prevent bad customer experience or escalations.
