My focus has always been on elevating project managers and directors from tactical coordinators to trusted strategic advisors—partners who can see around corners, engage executives, and drive value well beyond delivery.Today, I lead a global team of 13 project leaders at Infor Global Professional Services, where we’re building a culture grounded in accountability, principle-based management, and strategic thinking. Alongside execution excellence, I’m passionate about developing frameworks and labs that help teams think differently—whether it’s anticipating risks through project “premortems” or shifting perspectives with strategic lenses.Outside of work, I bring the same spirit of adventure and resilience to life. I’ve hiked the Camino de Santiago, ridden a motorcycle from Oregon to the tip of South America, and rescued a pack of street dogs along the way. These experiences remind me daily that leadership is about courage, adaptability, and compassion—qualities I strive to bring into every project and every team.
