ABOUT OMAR O.
I’ve always been curious about how things actually work, whether it’s a sales process, a supply chain, or how a business grows. That curiosity has taken me across manufacturing, telecom, and now tech, working in sales, operations, and finance. I started in sales, building relationships and closing deals, but got interested in what happens behind the scenes. How do you make things run better and scale properly? That pushed me into sales operations and finance, where I focus on improving processes, understanding the numbers, and helping teams make better decisions. I recently completed my MBA at the Sprott School of Business in 2026, which helped strengthen how I think about strategy and finance. At the core, I enjoy solving problems and building systems that actually work. Outside of work, I spend time at the gym, playing volleyball, and getting into golf recently.
