I am the Office Managing Partner of Latham\'s San Diego Office and a member of Latham\'s Project Finance and Development Practice Group. My practice focuses on representing sponsors, lenders and investors on debt and tax equity financings of renewable energy projects and other energy transition matters. I have particular experience working on solar, wind, energy storage and carbon capture projects. Having previously worked in the firm\'s San Francisco, London and Dubai offices, I bring a unique perspective to sponsors and financial institutions developing projects in the United States and abroad.Prior to practicing as a lawyer, I worked for four years as a software engineer.
