Process Optimization Manager within Sanofi, Clinical Operations Quality Management COQM, Clinical Quality and Continuous Improvement CQ & CI, Clinical Sciences & Operations CSO, Research and Development R&D.Responsabilities- Foster innovation and continuous improvement by leading/participating in transversal projects aimed at improving or designing business processes (Impact of EU IVDR/MDR on Regulated Clinical Process)- Assess the current processes and propose new ways of working to improve existing practices. Utilize business process methodologies (egLEAN, 6-Sigma.)- Lead and contribute to the new/updated process definition. Identify the potential impact(s) of new steps, new activities, or changes on the current working way- Co-define the process strategy implementation roadmap, and review priorities of changes/implementation in collaboration with the business process owners (BPOs)- Support the definition of process metrics (ie KPIs/QPIs) to ensure processes are in use and in control- Advise BPOs on end-to-end processes to optimize the achievement of strategic and operational objectives.
