As the Chief of Staff at Up for Growth, a nonprofit organization that advocates for data-driven solutions to the housing shortage and affordability crisis, I manage the CEO\'s time and I prepare them to engage with key stakeholders, ultimately supporting their efforts to drive strategic and operational initiatives. I have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Communications Studies from the University of Maryland College Park, and I have completed multiple certifications in project management, Asana, and Excel. I have more than four years of experience in the nonprofit sector, where I have developed and honed my communication, organization, project management, and leadership skills. Previously, I was the Operations Manager at Up for Growth, and before that, I was the Operations Associate at The Groundwork Collaborative, a think tank that promotes economic justice. I am passionate about advancing the mission and vision of Up for Growth, and I leverage my expertise and skills to support, empower, and enable the staff and the stakeholders to make housing an opportunity for all people.
