I\'m a Process Assembly Engineer with an extreme passion towards the growth of others. My main objective is to increase productivity and develop processes that provide a catalyst to the \"company\'s\" continual improvement. I exert hands on leadership, providing employees and management with methods and values that increase business and manufacturing knowledge. I lead an abundant amount of important projects that help shape the fiber of the company\'s goals; designing and building machining advancements, creating statistical process control systems, and managing the overall quality of product.Presently I encourage the advancement of others sowing seed into their lives, for that is my true passion and gift. Whether it be in the work place or in my day to day life, I\'m constantly ambitious to learn and effectively apply the knowledge needed to grow. I yearn my employers to be like minded individuals whom are willing to help and teach the team as well as value their efforts.
