scrum) Team Lead Energy Sector:\\\\nOmar main responsibilities go from hands-on development to the coordination of the team activities to the interaction with the different project members and stakeholders.\\\\nOmar co-shared the oversight of the whole front-end development making sure to keep the code standard, convention, and quality consistent across different development streams.\\\\nHe Leads a team composed of front-end developers, back-end developers, and quality assurance engineers: the team members are a mix of Publicis Sapient employees and client employees.\\\\nIn his daily activities, Omar takes care of the whole team on-goings and acts as a primary point of contact between the development team and the rest of the project for any sort of need that requires attention.\\\\n\\\\nOmar is involved in all the different phases of a project and takes part in all project ceremonies the (scrum) agile methodology requires. Omar has experience as a front-end developer with modern front-end development frameworks as well as with standard web technologies.\\\\nOmar is capable to support and confront the back-end developers in all the matters and topics that are needed to integrate, cooperate and interact with the front-end systems. He can also interact with the quality assurance team in analyzing, identifying, and planning the resolution of issues and bugs.\\\\nOmar has often supported project Product Owners in performing their roles helping them in the creation of backlog items, sprint planning, and any other typical Product Owner activity they needed support with.\\\\nOmar regularly interacts regularly and is proficient with Project and Program Management on the project ongoings.\\\\n\\\\nOmar has matured experience as a team lead, he can support and mentor team members on their technical and soft skills.
