   Leading the applied science team for Copilot Studio (FKA Power Virtual Agents). My team is responsible for the Generative AI stack and the Natural Language Understanding (NLU) stack for copilots. Generative AI Answers: Built the Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) stack, grounding LLM responses on customer’s data sources, including LLM customizations. Azure OpenAI on your data: Led a v-team across (3+) orgs, enabling customers to deploy copilots with 1-click from AOAI studio. Business Copilots (1P): Created a standard playbook for (10+) copilot teams, unifying architecture implementations and advising on best practices. Customer Success (3P): Consulted (10+) marquee customers on copilot implementations, ensuring successful solution delivery. Responsible AI: Ran reviews & red teaming cycles on LLMs implementation, ensuring features meeting the release quality & safety metrics. Co-founder of PVA in (2015) as an experimental project (early 10 FTEs), expanded into a tier-1 product, 3 years later (2018).
