I believe in what I do as a Safety Manager/Trainer. To include my Military career; I have been a trainer for over twenty eight years. Training has always been very important to me. It is because of this belief that I put everything I have into every safety orientation. It does not matter if there are a hundred people or one person present; they will get an enthusiastic instructor that is passionate about their safety. My objectives are to constantly revolutionize training with “out of the box” ideas that involve the trainees. Safety Orientations should never be a one way conversation with a few questions sprinkled in here and there; it should, and can be, an enjoyable, interactive experience. As a Project Safety Manager; I expect the same dedication from any trainer that I hire.
