About Omar Snoussi
Our understanding of tumor is associated with the development and knowledge of the immune system.T cells redirected to specific antigen targets with engineered chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) are emerging as powerful therapies in hematologic malignancies.I am very humbled to be currently part of a team that is developing and manufacturing breakthrough CAR-T cell therapies that have the tantalizing possibility of effecting long-term durable remissions and perhaps even offering the possibility of a cure. My background as a Molecular Cell Biologist is researching the role of \"Small Nuclear RNA\". Those short non-coding RNAs that interfere and regulate gene expression:Epigenetics. I was also involvled in a study that investigated how siRNA regulated stem cell pluripotency and lineage specific differentiation.
