The Young People For (YP4) Fellowship is a long-term leadership development program that identifies, engages, and empowers the newest generation of progressive leaders to create positive and lasting change in their communities. Throughout the yearlong Fellowship, Fellows are offered training, technical support, and mentorship as they implement a Blueprint for Social Justice, a self-designed community project.
