I lead all the ceremonies: Weekly Product Review, Design Thinking sessions, Discovery workshops, Daily Stand Ups, Retrospectives, Operating Plans, Theory Of Impact. 20% of my time is spent mentoring individuals inside and outside my team.1) New Business Ecosystem: deployed bp\'s first instance of SAP S4Hana RISE PCE (Private Cloud Edition). This is a lightweight ERP solution (zero customization, minimal integration) that caters to bp\'s lower margin renewables business.2) Investor Relations: deploying and operating the next generation of digital products to enable bp\'s Investor Relations to fully leverage big data and analytics capabilities.3) Acquisitions & Divestment: assisting bp\'s Mergers and Acquisitions team with their digital due diligence requirements4) Strategy: deliver and maintain all the digital products for BP\'s Strategy organization including the development of BP\'s yearly Energy Outlook plublication.5) Leading the team that is deploying SAP S4HANA at BP\'s largest refinery (Whiting in Indiana)
