Key member of the management team• Support the Head Coach with all areas of training and player development• Design and deliver technical and tactical coaching sessions and training routines• Ensure all training sessions are in line with the club’s methodology• Also ensure they are in line with player development strategies and philosophy of play• Lead sessions with individual players, team units, and the collective playing squad• Lead team and player analysis session• In conjunction with the players, devise Individual Development Plans (IDPs)• Do so to further their technical attributes• Conduct opposition analysis of forthcoming opponents• Do so to enhance the game plan and match tactics• Contribute to in-game tactical decision-making processes• Contribute to talent identification and player recruitment strategies to enhance the squad
