ABOUT OMAR BARGHOUT
I am a Hamilton College graduate with a bachelor\'s degree in psychology and a minor in economics. Being raised in a culturally and socioeconomically diverse city, empathy and understanding were driving forces in my day-to-day interactions. I firmly believe that communication is a key force in breaking down barriers and allowing individuals to connect through their mutual human experience. Although reading and studying the human psyche were my academic goals, I continuously honed my skills in interpersonal dialogue to assist in creating open and judgment-free environments where discussions of mental health are not just destigmatized, but welcomed.
