I’m a qualified Sports Therapist with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and over a year of practical experience working in both clinical and pitch-side settings. Since graduating, I’ve been focused on helping athletes and active individuals recover quicker, move better, and stay injury-free.I’m confident in injury assessment, rehab planning, and using hands-on techniques like sports massage and taping to support recovery and performance. I work closely with clients to build trust, understand their goals, and create rehab plans that actually fit their lifestyle and sport.Always looking to grow, I’m developing my skills further in movement-based rehab and communication within a team environment. My goal is to keep building as a therapist who brings real value to both clients and the wider support team.
