About Omar Alireza
Mr. Alireza has experience in organizing financial institutions, working as an active consultant in the areas of finance, budgeting, lending, risk, operations, and compliance. Mr. Alireza also has ample experience in successfully working with federal and state agencies to produce accurate and timely reports for, as well as maintain compliance standards in, various government programs. Among Mr. Alireza’s financial institutions experience, Mr. Alireza started OUR Microlending, LLC, a small business lending operation in South Florida in 2007. Mr. Alireza is currently the Managing Director of the lending business and is fully responsible of overseeing the day-to-day operations.
