   Project and Process Lead for large, multi-million dollar projects in the licensing group for the Vinyl Chloride Monomer technology. This would include: Establish project scope, commercial estimates and basis of design for the development of a Basic Engineering Package / Process Design Package (BEP or PDP). Design critical equipment (reactors, furnaces, refrigeration system, etc.) identified for the technology. Review of scope and technical documents (sized equipment, P & IDs, PFDs, HMB, 3-D piping layout models, equipment datasheets, etc.) from engineering contractor to ensure all equipment are designed to our specification. Ensure proposals from vendors meet required specifications. Certify that deviations from specifications still meet or exceed the minimum design criteria. Provide solutions to clients/licensees observing operational problems, including but not limited to sub-standard performance of plant KPIs. Project scope would include, but not limited to development of Heat & Material Balances, PFDs, P & IDs, sizing of reactors, furnaces and other equipment (including distillation columns, quench towers), instrument specification Develop and enhance the safeguarding and control narratives for the sites. Support the plant to troubleshoot production issues that would improve product quality and process reliability.
