Carry out Testing & Commissioning, Start-up of MV/LV Electrical Equipment at a Crude oil processing plant for a Chevron Project.• Carry out realy testing (SEL-849, SEL-751, SEL-787, SEL-710) with Omicron CMC356.• Automatic Transfer Scheme (ATS)/ Manual Transfer Scheme (MTS) function Test for 10KV & 380V MCC switch gear, witnessed by the Power Operations Team.• Prepration & check-up (Walkdown) of Transformers & Switchboards to energise & update the Living-Up Notice (LUN).• Testing of electrical equipment CTs, PTs, Breakers, CT/PT secondary injection tests, and control scheme checks within 10KV & 380V MCC systems.• Carry out 10KV busbar differential, end-to-end stability & interlock/inter trip function tests between upstream (10KV MDB) to downstream (380V MCC), Arc Flash Detctor (AFD) protection Test, witnessed by Power Operations Team.• Dynamic tests between the 10KV main substation to LV MCC witnessed by the Power Operations Team.• Completion of ITR/CTP (Commissioning Test Procedure) witnessed by the Power Operations Team.• Centralized Smart Motor Control Centre (CSMCS) & Electrical Control system (ECS) signal checks & updates Appendix H, QVD, MC-Pluse & submit to TCO System Completion DCC.• Commissioning of SIEMENS VFD (SINAMICS G180), ABB VFD ACS850 & famileir with their software Siemens -IMS & ABB Drive Composer.• Commissioning of Schneider Softstsrter Altistart48 & familiar with software SoMove.• Commissioning of CBM Thermal Monitoring EXERTHERM.• Schematic red line markups, Change Notice, RFI, modification, and updates as per site conditions.• Checking & Comparing Relay protection settings as per protection study Repoer (PSR) & Relay Setting Matric (RSM).• Commissioning of MV/LV motors, SOLO Run of LV/MV Motors, & functional test.• Commissioning of Transformers, heat tracing boards, lighting boards, and HVAC boards.

Update maintenance records in CMMS/SAP, investigate findings, and prepare relevant reports.
