Olya Faulkner is serving people as Communications and Project Leader. In this role, she leads the global strategic marketing and communications programs and initiatives to support the mission of creating a more connected, sustainable, inclusive, and fair future for communities worldwide. As an experienced Global Public Servant, Olya is a nimble Change Agent, Connector, and Entrepreneurial Leader who drives growth and value creation. She has worn all the marketing hats across SaaS, B2B, and B2C businesses of all sizes, and thrived on applying her experience in leadership, communications, strategic marketing, and global economic analysis. This agility is the foundation of Olya\'s demonstrated success across businesses, from startups to Top Workplace companies, in highly diverse sectors: Architectural/Engineering/Construction, Government Contracting, Not-for-Profit, Consumer Tech, Hospitality, and Retail. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Analysis, Administration, and Marketing from Far Eastern State Transportation University. In addition, her over 17 years of global experience includes living and working in European, Asian, and North American countries, and she is able to work in multiple languages. Olya also founded the NextGen Business Intelligence Agency to support communities by creating sustainable business solutions. She is adept at working with board members and investors. She served on several Boards of Directors and Councils and advocated for various Not-for-Profit causes, including the Society of American Military Engineers, American Heart Association, Society of Marketing Professional Services, Women in Transportation, Allied Arts, Women\'s International League for Peace and Freedom, and more. Olya enjoys spending time with her family and friends, connecting with nature and people, reading, and feeling the beauty of life as humankind.
