The work involved an agile organisation methodology to deliver a new concept at pace.Leading a cross-functional team to re-design the Finance function of a global organisation, including process and organisation design, business case development, implementation roadmap and talent initiative development.Definition of the operating model for an internal team within our firm.Developed and delivered leadership training for major global organisations.Before being accepted onto the Director Development Journey in 2021, I was previously a Senior Manager.
