1.Identify, investigate and resolve capacity, performance and security issues relating to the IT infrastructure, including but not limited to the VPN, storage, and data centre. 2.Ensure all requests and incidents are resolved in accordance with established SLA’s and that escalated issues are processed efficiently and in line with business expectations. 3.Escalation of issues to 3rd Party services into IT Services, e.g. Internet Service Providers, Telephony Vendors, Managed Service provider; ensuring SLAs are adhered to and service improvement plans are applied. 4.Assist with the planning and implementation of projects necessary to build and operate a scalable and fault-tolerant infrastructure. 5.Investigate, diagnose, progress and action operational events, alarms, faults and service requests escalated from the Service Desk to the agreed quality and targets for resolution, ensuring that all records are updated in a timely fashion, in line with standard operating procedures. 6.Undertake site visits as and when necessary for the purposes of Incident, Problem and Change Management.
