ABOUT OLUWOLE DAMILOLA AKINOSHO
With over two years of research experience in biotechnology, I am a passionate and driven biochemist who aims to contribute to the development of innovative solutions for human health. As a research intern at TissUse, I worked on a master\'s thesis project focused on the optimization of iPSC-derived kidney organoids differentiation for application in HUMIMiC Chip4 which is an ADME designed four organ chip. The HUMIMIC Chip4 is a four-organ chip that allows the co-cultivation of liver, intestine, brain and kidney models. This provides a cutting-edge platform for drug testing and disease modeling. I applied my skills in human cell culture, gene expression analysis, immunohistochemistry staining and flow cytometry to perform experiments, analyze data, and present results. Previously, I was a research intern at Glycotope, where I supported the cell line and bioprocess development team in the production of glyco-engineered bispecific antibodies. I have a master\'s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from the University of Potsdam. I also participated in an Erasmus exchange program at the Université Grenoble Alpes, studying immunology, microbiology, and infectious diseases. I am eager to join a dynamic and collaborative team that shares my vision of advancing biomedical research and improving human well-being.
