ABOUT OLUWATOYIN AJILORE-CHUKWUEMEKA

I believe in an Africa powered by her people’s creativity and innovation and committed to her people’s development. However, sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) currently suffers a human capital crisis as the region only captures 55% of its human capital and Africa’s Human Capital Index stands at 0.4 (United Nations, 2021). My mission is to fix this crisis by equipping the Africans who can lead Africa. I want to connect Africa\'s future to the necessary human capital this future requires. This is why I work in the intersection of education, entrepreneurship, policy advocacy and personal mastery. My work in education combines an expertise in its practice, research and policy. I am experienced in setting the direction for education through research and policy; and the pragmatic ground work of working in the classroom as a Lecturer who has taught over 1500 university students. I am a professional development expert who has led multiple training sessions for teachers in Africa and across the globe. I am also a sought-after Education Thought Leader using the platforms of digital media (national news and social media), speaking engagements, and policy advocacy to challenge education stakeholders including governments, administrators, teachers and the general public towards a thinking-focused education in Africa. As a social impact founder, I have created overarching strategies and institutional roadmaps; designed programs and projects; managed teams and partners; and raise funds to build the organization I founded, ONE Foundation. The Foundation provides executive entrepreneurial education, mentoring funding linkages and other forms of resources to a community of 3500+ entrepreneurs in Nigeria and other African countries. I have led and facilitated over 35 sessions both online and onsite on entrepreneurial themes including Design Thinking, Business Strategy, Business Model Generation, Business Leadership, Product Development etc for aspiring and established African entrepreneurs including physically in Nigeria and Liberia. I also provide consultancies for startups solving social problems in Africa.I am constantly engaging people across multiple African countries through with a focus to grow the thinking, productive capacity and entrepreneurial acumen of the African people so we can lead the sustainable development of Africa, especially in light of the African Agenda 2063,\"The Africa We want\"For speaking engagements, consultancies and trainings for educational institutions, startups and social impact organizations, reach out at h••••@oluwatoyinajilore.com
