I bring over 6 years of experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, financial planning, and governance.Currently volunteering as a PMO Lead at a Consulting firm, I provide strategic oversight for programme planning, project assurance, and resource allocation—supporting delivery teams to align with business objectives and manage change effectively.My professional experience spans roles as a PMO Analyst and Project Coordinator in healthcare settings, where I managed inspection planning, project reporting, and compliance. I combine this with hands-on care experience as a Support officer, developing strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. Academically, I hold an MSc in International Business with Data Analytics, along with certifications in Prince2 Practitioner, AgilePM Foundation, and APM PFQ, equipping me with both strategic insight and practical delivery skills.
