At the Sacramento Kings, as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Intern, I collaborated to foster inclusive cultures and champion employee engagement through strategic DEI initiatives.My role involved assisting establishing foundational procedures for Employee Resource Groups and coordinating internal and external events. Contributing to the King\'s Pop Up Kitchen Initiative, our team successfully executed 14 sold-out Pop-Ups, showcasing my ability to merge marketing acumen with a commitment to diversity and community partnership.
