Rewarding volunteering role were I work together with the governing boards of the school to- Develop a vision and strategy for the schooloverseeing the financial performance and making sure its money is well spent- Ensure to hold the school and leaders to account to ensure that every pupil has the best possible education- Continue to support and challenge the school to continuously improve. By creating an environment where students can thrive and reach their full potential- I also take it upon myself to engage with pupils and staff to understand their views, support the school and play my part within the community to the best of my abilities.
