Kay led the charge in securing working capital, creating a financial bedrock, crucial for our rapid scaling and growth. Parallelly, I was responsible for shaping the organizational vision and mission, setting the tone for an enterprise focused on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.One of the milestones I\'m most proud of is our customer base. Through targeted business development strategies and personalized customer engagement, we\'ve grown to over customers, with an active weekly engagement exceeding responsibilities also extend to the day-to-day running of the company, where I\'ve implemented robust policies and standard operating procedures to streamline procedures, positively impacting our bottom-line profitability. My role involves a constant evaluation of business trends, allowing for real-time adjustments to budgets and operational plans, maximizing growth and seizing new opportunities.Operational excellence is only half the story; the other half is people.
