Working collaboratively with the Project Managers and Project Management team in the development of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and then ensure the integrity of data between Scope and Cost Break-Down Structure for Projects. Preparing and reviewing markview and AP manual accrual on work day one to capture invoices coded in markview but not yet approved. Reviewing and analysing AP cut off on work day three to track accrual cost not posted in SAP before the due time. Reviewing and performing monthly reconciliation on accrual accounts relating to payroll, capital, and interco projects. Collating deferred and cancellation projects for the month and sending across to the asset managements, operations budget and performance. Attending to daily power plan alert to treat projects having a trailing cost above threshold, projects without settlement rule and projects stuck in work order. Quarterly reviewing of projects by sending emails to Project managers of each division to know the current status of those projects in terms of actual & estimated in-service and completion dates. Reviewing and processing stakeholder requests, cost transfer entries relating to oracle & SAP and creating CIAC invoices for my divisions in SharePoint. Running unit estimate for both blanket and non-blanket projects in power plants that are in-service in SAP. Organising training for new drafters on how to create projects, navigate SAP and adherence to rules and policies guiding projects.
