As a strategic and transformational technology executive, I have extensive experience leading high-performing teams in driving robust implementations, support services, and security solutions. During my career, I have secured contracts and licensing agreements as a highly skilled negotiator, reducing technology costs while supporting thousands of users. Further, I oversee the implementation of large-scale projects and the creation of user-friendly environments by engaging in strategic problem-solving and innovation, driving positive change as an industry-leading expert. I also coach and empower teams to build a culture of support while serving internal customers and school communities. A few notable accomplishments of which I am incredibly proud include:• Generating $8M+ in cost savings at Atlanta Public Schools; renegotiated high-value pricing contracts with business-to-business (B2B) partners including Microsoft, Kronos, Citrix, IBM, Hewlett-Packard (HP), Cisco, Xerox, Lenovo, and Dell. • Performing district-wide network and wireless system upgrades at Atlanta Public Schools. I led the transformation from Cisco to HP switches and installed access points to provide connectivity in all spaces. I also negotiated a $12M network switch and access point upgrade to increase network bandwidth from 2 gigabits to 40 gigabits by mid-2022. • Decreasing the number of help desk tickets at Atlanta Public Schools, implementing an IT service catalog and self-service solutions and strategically redefining service desk functions. • Reducing costs by $4.5M over 2 years at General Electric. I led the communication and computation “Bullet Train” initiative that decreased telecom spending across all worldwide regions for the Energy Services Division.
