With a strong foundation in both technical problem-solving and interpersonal communication, she thrives at the intersection of empathy and technology.Her career has been shaped by a deep curiosity for tech, a passion for service, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Whether troubleshooting campus networks, supporting over 700 students daily, or training first-time users, Mercy brings adaptability, precision, and a user-centered mindset to every challenge.Beyond her technical roles, Mercy has developed leadership and teamwork skills through youth mentoring, dining hall operations, and community involvement. She believes in the power of collaboration to drive meaningful change and improve user experiences.Currently, Mercy is focused on IT Help Desk operations, network support, and solutions that enhance accessibility and efficiency.
