Job Responsibilities. •Providing materials, corrosion control and integrity solutions to clients. •Performing and evaluating destructive and non-destructive testing on different materials to determine performance and suitability •Carry out materials preparation and testing to investigate failure mode of materials. •Evaluating coating\'s bond strength at surface of substrate using pull-off adhesion test. •Document defect reports and Pareto analysis of quality issues and investigate root cause on various defects •Recognizing and studying material\'s behavior under different operating environments and identify their failure modes •Provide technical support and guidance to quality and production project teams to understand root cause of defects and recommend corrective actions required •Providing technical advice to industrial personnel on design, construction and structural repairs. •Monitored implementation of necessary safety and redundancy principals in design and construction of new structures. •Working from detailed engineering drawings, producing panel lay-up drawings, and creating and distributing materials documentation. •Test existing and new products/processes for suitability for production and provide data analysis reports •Ensuring efficient and economic use of materials and recommend engineering processes to reduce waste •Document defect reports and Pareto analysis of quality issues and investigate root cause on various defects •Integration of latest technologies into manufacturing processes to improve production •Promote quality and HSE requirements in line with the company\'s policies.
