ABOUT OLOLADE FOLASHADE

Ololade is a comedian who loves to tell boring jokes at stand-up comedies to enable people to sleep. I am strongly against people not getting enough sleep/rest because they have to work. Truthfully, I am not a comedian, but you need to know that your mental well-being is just as important as meeting those deadlines and exceeding those targets. Other than that, here are 10 facts you should know about me and why I am a good fit for your organization- I ensure commercial success by leveraging my skills and competencies because I understand that success is not defined by excellence in my role but by the overall organizational success - I ensure companies satisfy the overall and critical needs of customers using marketing, strategic thinking, and creative strategy skills - With me on your team, customers will always have your products at the top of their minds - I am great at active listening so be rest assured that your organization will develop products that fulfill the needs of customers - Negotiation and persuasion is my strongest point so I will build a client base of the most loyal customers, after all, I successfully bootstrapped my business from 0$ to a six-figure business in 24 months using a strategy based on these core skills - I love challenges because it enables me to leverage my creative thinking and problem-solving skills - Client engagement, product management, people management, project management, program management, relationship management, marketing and sales strategy, research, team management, and collaboration are skills that I have developed over the years as a business professional - I am currently acquiring technical skills such as financial analysis, marketing strategy and analytics, and business analysis through the MBA/MSBA program at the David Eccles school of business - Working with me is a delight because I understand that life is simple and as such we must live easily - I am a self-taught hairstylist - I don\'t enjoy cooking but I am a great cook.
