ABOUT OLLY RYDER
I\'ve spent the last 22 years working in churches including 15+ years in senior church leadership as a Vicar and Curate in the Church of England - most recently setting up and leading St Matts Plymouth - https://stmplymouth.org.uk/ After deciding it was time to hand on the baton to a new leader, I stepped down from my role at St Matts. I continue to practice as a Church of England priest in my local church. I have recently been appointed as Interim IME Phase 2 Officer for the Diocese of Truro supporting and encouraging curates across the region.
