My journey started in the Royal Navy, where I learned discipline, professionalism, and the value of systems that work, lessons that have stayed with me throughout my career. From coal mines in the UK to Production Manager roles in Australia’s Bowen Basin, I’ve spent years in high-risk, high-responsibility environments leading teams and driving performance.In recent years, I’ve been at the forefront of Management Operating Systems (MOS), helping companies transform their operations through structure, clarity, and consistency. My hands-on experience rolling out MOS in complex industrial settings has now led to an exciting new chapter, I’ve joined Mapped Out Solutions, where I’m heading up the UK region to help businesses improve efficiency through world-class training and consultancy.Alongside this, I’ve launched EMVORA, a fitness, learning and community-based brand built to give back. EMVORA is close to my heart. It’s about helping others rebuild confidence, reconnect with purpose and rise again - through outdoor fitness, education, and genuine community support. This isn’t just a side project, it’s part of who I am.I’m no longer seeking new roles, I’ve found what drives me. But I’m always open to connecting with like-minded people, collaborating on meaningful work, and supporting others where I can.
