I\'m a policy and advocacy professional with over 15 years of experience translating world-leading science and global health knowledge in to engaging and persuasive policy influencing. I am motivated by working with brilliant and inspiring technical experts and building sustainable, equitable and inclusive partnerships that lead to real-world change. The passions that drive my professional life are contributing to the decolonisation of science and global health, increasing genuine inclusion and diversity in these fields, and working to improve access to medicines and healthcare globally. Currently I am working on mental health policy at Wellcome, but my policy experience spans infectious disease R&D, antibiotic resistance, malaria and neglected tropical diseases, child and maternal health and charitable fundraising.
