This is where I spend most of my time. I’ve been in tech recruitment for 16+ years and worked on hiring strategy at Bain & Company, so my approach has always been more consultative than transactional. A lot of my work is- helping firms shape a value proposition that senior people actually buy into- structuring searches so decisions are based on something real, not gut feel- and making sure the whole experience (for clients and candidates) reflects the level they’re operating atThis is how we operate at Luck & LeverageIt’s hands-on and relationship-led and most of the people we work with want a partner they can think things through with and help them improve, not just someone sending profiles.
