I lead research and cross-functional programs at Meta, where I help developer and enterprise products earn trust and ship with quality. My work sits at the intersection of behavioural science, AI, and product strategy — I research how people form trust in new technologies, and turn that understanding into better products.Before Meta, I spent 7 years at The Behavioural Architects, where I co-created \"The Messy Middle\" with Google — an award-winning behavioural model that changed how the industry thinks about online purchase decisions.
