Since the creation of my training organization OPCoach in 2009, I\'ve been designing training courses on Eclipse technologies (RCP, Modeling) and then GIT, which I run in French and English in France and abroad. In parallel, I also offer advanced expertise on these technologies, supported by a role as speaker and committer on various Eclipse projects. As manager of the OPCoach training organization, I keep a close eye on regulations and new technologies to improve the services offered to my customers.Obtaining Qualiopi certification in 2020 (renewed in 2022) led me to implement these quality processes on wordpress via the OPCoach website to streamline the working relationship with all those involved in training (trainees, customers, trainers, HR, auditors, funders, etc.).This certification and these tools have also enabled me to work with other independent trainers and to develop my business in other technical areas such as Capella, Photoshop and office automation (TOSA certification).In 2023, I was given the opportunity to open a new department entirely dedicated to foreign languages (training, expertise, audits, etc.), all languages, all levels, enabling me to combine my technical expertise with that of experienced trainers, with the aim of offering innovative and original services in a highly competitive market.
