I’m a serial entrepreneur, now fully dedicated to helping other entrepreneurs succeed. Since 2011, I’ve been sharing my experience, network, and energy with founders and their teams as an advisor and board member. I’ve worked with more than 50 companies in Europe and the US, always with the same goal: helping entrepreneurs navigate challenges, grow their business, and scale their leadership.Before becoming an advisor and independent board member, I co-founded and built two internet companies from scratch—Multimania (IPO in later acquired by Lycos Europe) and Kewego (leading SaaS video platform in Europe, acquired by NASDAQ-listed Kit Digital in 2011). With these ventures, I raised over €100M from VCs and the stock market, managed multicultural teams across Europe, and learned first-hand what it takes to build, scale, and exit a company.Today, I bring this dual perspective—entrepreneur and advisor—to support founders with practical insights, hands-on collaboration, and the empathy of someone who’s been in their shoes. Beyond day-to-day challenges, I also help strengthen governance—aligning founders, management, and boards—so that companies can scale with both agility and resilience.
