In charge of procurement operation for the group for direct and indirect purchasing (4 business units - 90 plants - Shared services (100 FTEs - Romania - China - India - Colombia)- report to the Corporate VP Purchasing- Responsible of the process compliance - Monitoring KPI and SLA of the purchasing shared services- Adopt a culture of continuous improvement, regularly evaluating and refining shared services to adapt to changing business needs- Seek feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement- Establish effective vendor management processes to ensure service quality and compliance- Deployment of SAP Ariba new functionalities (SLP - Risk management - Contract compliance.)- Responsible of Tactical buying for the group (10 people)
