Responds to service requests, inquiries and concerns promptly and graciously, with a client-centered mentality and appropriate discretion. · Led and collaborated implementation from VMS to MSP service line · Led and facilitated Rate Analysis & Reductions which resulted an average cost savings of 15% while maintaining workforce labor
