As one of the Senior Information Technology Specialists at Invoke Studio, I’m part of a team dedicated to driving key IT projects and supporting our employees. Together, we ensure technology empowers the company, and I take pride in contributing to both big wins and daily operations.I played a lead role in the IT setup for our new office, managing the installation of over 24 conference rooms equipped with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Yealink panels inside and out. It was a team effort, but I owned making sure each room was ready for hybrid meetings—testing, troubleshooting, and all. I also spearheaded the rollout of Workplace Software Management, which has been a huge help in organizing office layouts and keeping support smooth for everyone.I’m always looking to streamline things. I’ve set up automations—like onboarding emails that fire off without manual work—to save time and keep processes tight. Documentation’s a big part of my approach too; I’ve created detailed guides on conference setups, system access, and more, so the team and staff have solid resources to rely on.Supporting people is core to what we do. I handle onboarding and offboarding, making sure employees have what they need from start to finish, and I pitch in on network tweaks to keep things running strong. As part of the senior IT crew at Invoke Studio, I’m focused on delivering projects that make a difference and providing dependable tech support.
