Uniqueness of any diamonds is made from its internal structures, created in high-pressure and high-heat conditions. It reminds any hard workers continuous learning is not the easiest career path; however, it\'s the most rewarding route. My career goals are to never stop learning new skills, accepting challenges, and refine my current knowledge. Even if education is a key priority, having a foot in the pharmaceutical industry refines any of my experience and expertise. I worked my way up to a management career in a scientific field and I\'m looking forward to learn even more in a near-future and until my career apex. For that reason, I decided to mix science and management. A mix of knowledge rewarded by complex skills.
