ROLEReporting to the Manager, IT Infrastructure, the Systems Administrator will be responsible for the planning, implementation and improvement of the agency\'s centralized IT systems internationally (Canada, United States)-United and Europe). RESPONSIBILITIES* Manage the different cloud platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Okta;* Participate in the implementation of measures to ensure the security of the IT infrastructure;* Participate in the management and maintenance of different virtualization solutions;* Handle level 3 support requests;* Update servers and carry out their maintenance;* Track system alerts;* Write and update documentation and procedures affecting the infrastructure;* Identify opportunities and propose continuous improvement solutions;* Actively participate in the completion of IT projects of all sizes as an expert in the subject;* Support the “Service Desk” team with infrastructure issues.
