ASTEMO, Advanced Sustainable Technologies for Mobility, contributes to a sustainable society and improved quality of life by providing world-leading advanced mobility solutions that satisfy our customers. With 90 employees worldwide ASTEMO leads on Chassis solutions systems, Powertrain, Motorcyles and Autonomous driving assistance. As the Regional Eu for Supply Chain, I supervise the European braking plants in their performance for excellence on customer service. I have more than 25 years of experience in operations management, sales and business development, aftermarket and various automotive fields, quality, project engineering and industrial transfers.I joined ASTEMO, Automotive Division of HITACHI, in September 2023. Previously leading painting Division (2 sites, Fr and Sk) of ALPHA group, during \"crisis times\"- Covid, Automotive demand variation due to Electronics,strong inflation from 2020 to 2023 able to sustain operations and develop customer base in difficult times. This operational experience came after leading the global engine cooling sales (75 countries) for the automotive and off-road segment of AURUBIS, worldwide leader of the copper industry. There, I successfully expanded the market share and revenue of the engine cooling products. Before this I managed the global aftermarket for powertrain products for VALEO, with external growth M&A (China). I am recognized for my team management and individual development skills, as well as my ability to deliver results under strict budget constraints and strong sales objectives.
