ABOUT OLIVIER DE BORIE

I am currently in charge of asset base financing programs implementation. I can provide advice and funding solutions to corporate clients ranging from family owned SMEs to publicly quoted multinationals undertaking major asset acquisitions. With privileged access to investment funds, banks, specialist insurers, residual value guarantors and government agencies, My core business is debt rising via manufacturing equipment lease or sale & lease back arrangements. Along this specialty I can organize working capital financing or equity stake as well. From investors’ perspectives, I have a deep expertise to structure secured industrial investments programs in Europe relying on its strong expertise in asset valuation, business model analysis and the Industry sector knowledge. I began my career in the automotive sector, experiencing over a period of 13 years string growth then company restructuring, typical characteristics of this Industry. Having contributed to the development of the private holding group Aries, I was a member of the team charged with the restructuring of the 10 factories of the stamping division into a profitable standalone company which became part of the UK parts manufacturing group Wagon Automotive Plc. After the integration period I rapidly became CFO of the Wagon Western Europe region. More recently, I was member of the executive committee of Airwell Group, a 400 M€ sales organization in the Air Conditioning sector. Acting as Vice President of finance, I successfully implemented a global financial function worldwide in a turnaround environment. I am an alumnus of the Paris Sorbonne University and spent 6 years in financial audit, in particular with Grant Thornton International. I have been a member of the IFRS commission of the CFO French association as well.
