ABOUT OLIVIER BOYD
Olivier Boyd, CPA, CIRP, LIT, is a partner in MNP’s Insolvency and Restructuring group. With over 15 years of experience in insolvency, Olivier is recognized as a reliable, dedicated, and accessible Licensed Insolvency Trustee. His ability to navigate the most complex situations enables him to help clients recover quickly and get back on track. His focus on efficiency has made him an expert in process automation and has led him to lead high-performing teams. Olivier also serves on the board of directors of the Canadian Credit Institute in Montreal and has been an examiner for the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP). His expertise in credit and his talent for making complex topics accessible have earned him invitations to speak at financial and legal conferences in Quebec. After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal, Olivier became a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). He also holds the Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) designation and is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT).
