After 10 years of developing programs in higher education, I transitioned to human capital consulting at Deloitte, where I make work better for humans and humans better at work in the State, Local, and Higher Education sector. My work focuses on organizational design in higher education institutions, where we use times of major change to reexamine and improve organizational structure. Passionate about elevating the employee experience, modernizing education institutions, driving equitable workforce development, and crafting engaging learning and development programs.
