About Olivia Twigden

I have had a passion for customer service, event management and most importantly, people my entire work life. I was fortunate enough to have found mentors and internships early in my career that guided me to Johnson & Wales University and most importantly the event industry. I have worked in all aspects of this industry, including for a venue, catering company, working alongside the owner of an event planning company, and most currently, in a hotel. Since working within a hotel, I have found my way towards Human Resources at the Four Seasons. My current position has given me another point of view to how a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For hotel operates and retains employees, which has continued to grow my passion for people. I have a desire to continue to learn and grow in Human Resources, and I believe my work experience has shown I am motivated to do so.
